Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of g8support.com (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Engagement-specific work is governed by a separate signed services agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

2. What we provide

• An informational website describing G8 IT's services, team, and case studies.
• The right to submit a quote request, contact inquiry, ticket, or other public form so that we can respond to you.
• The ability for past and current clients to log in to the client portal to view engagements, tickets, and invoices.
• Public-facing AI demos (such as the AI Receptionist demo) for evaluation purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to enable others to, do any of the following:

• Automated scraping or crawling beyond reasonable rate limits, or crawling that ignores robots.txt or our AI usage policy at /.well-known/ai.txt.
• Automated form submission. Do not use bots, scripts, or other automation to submit contact, quote, ticket, careers, or any other form. Honeypot fields and bot challenges are in place.
• Bypassing authentication. Do not attempt to access any account, admin route, or restricted resource you are not authorized to use.
• Abusing AI tooling. Do not attempt to jailbreak the public AI demo, inject prompts intended to extract our system prompts, or otherwise evade safety filters. Do not use the demo to generate harmful, illegal, defamatory, or harassing content. Per-IP rate limits apply.
• Submitting malware or illegal content. Do not upload, link, or transmit malware, exploits, or content you do not have the legal right to share.
• Disrupting operations. Do not probe, scan, denial-of-service, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the Site. Good-faith security research must follow our responsible disclosure process: email contact@G8support.com before testing.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, illustrations, code, designs, and organization — is © G8 IT 2026 unless otherwise credited. Third-party logos, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. You receive no license to G8 marks or content other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. User submissions

By submitting information through any form, ticket, or AI demo prompt, you grant G8 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that submission to respond to your inquiry, operate and improve our services, and meet our legal obligations. You retain ownership of what you submit. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or personally sensitive information through public tools or demos. 6. AI receptionist demo

Outputs from the AI Receptionist demo are generated by a third-party large language model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Do not rely on demo output for binding decisions, professional advice, or any task with legal or financial consequences. Always verify AI output before acting on it.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability of this marketing site, but we do not guarantee uptime, availability, or any specific level of performance. Service-level commitments, response times, and recovery objectives apply only to individual client engagements and live in the signed services agreement for that engagement.

8. No warranty

THE SITE AND ALL TOOLS, DEMOS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, G8 IT, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS CAPPED AT ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold G8 IT harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there — unless we mutually agree in writing to resolve a dispute through binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be posted on this page with at least thirty (30) days notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
