What we built

We deployed a website chat widget and AI chatbot for first-line tenant and prospect inquiries, then built workflow automations that connected the systems they already paid for (no rip-and-replace). Maintenance requests now route automatically by property and severity; recurring monthly reports generate without a human starting them; tenant inquiries that need a real person escalate cleanly to the right staff inbox.

What changed

  • Staff hours on recurring administrative work dropped substantially. Tenant response times moved from 'next business day' to under an hour for routine requests. Owner reporting went from a multi-day month-end scramble to an automated dashboard.
