What wasn't working
A multi-property management group was drowning in repetitive tasks: maintenance request triage, vendor coordination, monthly owner statements, lease renewals, and tenant communication. Each touched two or three tools and required staff to retype data between them.
What we built
We deployed a website chat widget and AI chatbot for first-line tenant and prospect inquiries, then built workflow automations that connected the systems they already paid for (no rip-and-replace). Maintenance requests now route automatically by property and severity; recurring monthly reports generate without a human starting them; tenant inquiries that need a real person escalate cleanly to the right staff inbox.
What changed

Staff hours on recurring administrative work dropped substantially. Tenant response times moved from 'next business day' to under an hour for routine requests. Owner reporting went from a multi-day month-end scramble to an automated dashboard.
